Look at my past diet and compare to my new one...?
Okay so..i've started to eat healthy. I was wondering, compared to my old diet can i expect to loose a few pounds by switching to my new diet?
OLD:
breakfast- Iced Coffee xtra cream, sugar
lunch- fast food usually or a sub
dinner- usually didnt eat until 9 or 10 at night (wicked bad I know) and it was usually something microwave-able
--i would wash this all down with a slurry of sodas, concentrated juices and cups of coffee (hardly any water) and chocolates/candy throughout the day-also no exercise
NEW:
Breakfast- Oatmeal (is instant oatmeal not a healthy choice?) coffee milk 2 sugars
Lunch- Fruit (apple, pear, banana etc)
Dinner- Salad w/ carrots w/ either steak, chicken, or fish and dressing
-- along with this new diet i have started to walk for 1 hour everyday and also biking for 4 miles perday. i also have cut out soda and started drinkin water
can i expect to loose any weight?
Your new diet is very healthy. However it would be nice to see you eat a tiny bit more lunch , even just half a sand which (wholemeal bread of course
) and its best to have more chicken and fish than steak
and your exercise is very good so you should be losing weight ..
