Ohkay, I'm asking a favor to find a princess tiara for my bestfriend who is turning 19. For its part, needs a tiara. The key is finding a place that has cheap things for weddings. There are rows and rows of wedding decor prices and stuff ... then you'll see veils, gloves and finally Tiaras! Also, if you get really desperate attempt at a shoe store .... if you could ask them to stop buying a "Soil sample" (which means from the shelves, not special orders for you) with a discount ... but goodluck will be even more $ $!
